The brewery is a small non-company brewery continuing the century-old Silesian tradition of brewing the highest quality beer. Products are a modern interpretation of classic beer styles. A brewery provides fresh, unfiltered, natural beer. As ages ago. Thanks to own production line, brewery has full control over the brewing process and the unique opportunity to create beer exactly the way brewery want it to be. The company only use natural ingredients of the highest quality. Selected regional hops, yeast and malts, crystal clear water from a mountain intake, natural ripening process (without accelerators), infusion mashing methods and a long aging process (minimum 30 or even 70 days) make beers taste really special.
