Description
Bucculi - this name stands for fire, fun and passion for the brew kettle. This name came from the Latin term for "the cheeks of the butt": BUCCae cULI or in Bavarian Orschbackn - 2 seemingly inseparable friends who you only meet in a double pack. Since 2015, the crazy idea - "Let's brew a beer" - on a Friday afternoon - which, incidentally, can be considered a miserable failure in retrospect, has become the Wernberg-Köblitzer brewery Bucculi with its first beer "HÖLLS". In between there is the construction and self-construction of a home brewing system, more than 50 different "brewing creations", and of course lots of fun and plenty of "quality control" and "market research". From the very beginning, the focus here was on having fun, and even today we are still of the opinion that when it comes to beer and brewing, and also in life in general, you shouldn't always take everything "seriously dead". But who are the two Orschbackn behind Bucculi? Thomas: Thomas is characterized by his charm and his penchant for real beer entertainment. So Thomas is the rather calmer cheek of Orsch, who skilfully maneuvers the whole event in calm waters. Manuel: As a contrast program to Thomas, he is Mr. Impatience himself, so the slightly more tense part of the behind. With his tireless enthusiasm, Manuel drives things forward in all directions, and he never gets bored. In this way, both jaws complement each other to form a perfect Orsch. And as two "practitioners" and "students" we know how to help each other with engineering spirit with most technical, content-related and manual problems and areas of beer brewing. This, together with our shared sense of humour, good mood and always a silly joke on our lips, makes us the perfect team - Bucculi
