Description
The story of Bull Falls Brewery began Christmas, 1998 when Mike Zamzow received a home brewing kit from his wife, Mary. In 2007, after years of practice and training through the Siebel Institute of Chicago, Mike joined his father, Don to establish Bull Falls Brewery, Wausau’s first distributing micro-brewery. On August 25, 2007, the brewery officially brewed its fire beer - Oktoberfest, made with all-German ingredients. The next brew made was Five Star Ale - a Northern London, English-style Strong Ale named after Mike’s five daughters. Today, Bull Falls Brewery produces over 15 craft-brewed beers. The Bull Falls brand and logo are based upon the history of the city of Wausau, which has a rich beer-brewing heritage and was originally known as Big Bull Falls.
