Burament

Florian Jochum, an old Stubenbacher and Sigibuab, is behind the Burament. He now lives in Rankweil but is still very attached to his homeland. He has been carrying the idea of a "Lech beer" around with him for some time and now, true to the motto "Why not?", he has dared to put it into practice. His small sole proprietorship now sells special beers with a Lech/Zürs connection. The aim is to offer high-quality products for all Lech residents and guests alike. The beers feature high-quality ingredients, almost exclusively organic, and the craft beers are brewed and bottled in small batches of 250 liters. The focus is also on regionality.
