Marcos Sanz, the master brewer, agricultural engineer and food technologist, has been brewing craft beer for 12 years. Due to the success of his beers among family and friends, he decided to embark on this project around 5 years ago. The beer has been on the market since January 2011, when he started with a monthly production of 1,000 bottles per month. Currently, the maximum production capacity is 2,000 units per month, making it a truly exquisite product. Without preservatives and colourings. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Limited artisanal production.
