Description
Colombina is a product of Cervejaria Goyaz, a family business that has been operating in the market for 14 years and is now managed by the daughter of its founder, Patrícia Mercês. Patricia, food engineer, studied in Belgium, where she was trained at the Hoegaarden Brewery, a member of the ABInbev Group. From there she brought the idea to create her own product. Back in Goiânia, she started the project with the hiring of beer sommelier Alberto Nascimento and master brewer Kátia Jorge, developer of Devassa.
