Description

Chäsi-Bräu is a small home brewery that has its origins in the old cheese dairy in Wiggiswil. Our motivation is to brew a craft beer that stands out from industrial beer in terms of taste and quality. That's why: We use only natural raw materials. Our beer is alive! It is neither filtered nor pasteurised. This preserves valuable ingredients and flavours. Malt and hops are organically grown. (kbA or Bioland; with the exception of some special varieties). Technical additives are not used in our beer. (In large breweries, on the other hand, these are common and do not even have to be declared, e.g. snippets of PVPP for beer clarification).
