Cosmo Brewing launched in October 2020. They are based in Bathurst and share a production space with Fish River Valley Brewing at The Old School Brewhouse in Locksley. Their flagship product is Cosmo Pilsner, with a subtle complexity and a fresh edge, is available on tap at several venues around Bathurst. They have a clear focus on Brewing beer in season using local seasonal ingredients; reducing their impact on the environment through the choices they make around ingredients, process, and packaging; and supplying Bathurst with the freshest and best quality beer available.
