Without losses. No additives. No complexes. With this challenge in mind, our brewmasters have gone back to the origins of beer and created the authentic Dawat. For us, being authentic means preserving all the organoleptic qualities that make Dawat an authentic beer. What's the key? Successfully combining the principles of artisan production with the improvements offered by industrial techniques. Our bubbles are real and not injected. Our innovative industrial brewing process allows us to preserve Dawat's natural carbonation. In this way we achieve that the experience of drinking a Dawat is similar to that of drinking real beer, without injected gas... and without the uncomfortable feeling of fullness that this creates. Dawat was born in Cuenca and drinks its water to be authentic. The water from Cuenca, with its very special properties, is also part of the formula. And yes, we are proud to drink this authentic water.
