Dirty Couch Brewing focuses on sour and wild ales that we painstakingly age and blend to create just the right profile. Process requires patience, sometimes years of it. Most of beers are aged in wine or whiskey barrels, imparting specific flavors and allowing for the unique biology of a barrel-aged sour to work its magic.
