Dobra Zupas

In addition to being a spin on their last name, Zupanick, the name Dobra Zupas was chosen for our restaurant to pay homage to our Slovenian heritage as “dobra zupas” translates from Slovene to mean “good soup.” The concept that started the Dobra Zupas’ brand was to serve gourmet food off of a constantly changing menu, at an affordable price. They wanted to give our customers a unique dining experience that offers new dishes paired with craft beer in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Their menu features a variety of offerings such as their Mediterranean Pita Wrap and specialty burgers as well as classics like their Black and Bleu Fillet or Crab Risotto. Because their menu changes on a regular basis they are able to not only provide customers with some of the same great dishes that they have come to love, but also create new dishes so that customers will always have a choice of new items to try. Dobra Zupas recently expanded into craft brewing, and aims to bring new excitement and creativity to the restaurant scene in Southern West Virginia. As the first and only craft brewery in Beckley, WV, Dobra Zupas is bringing their signature style to the West Virginia craft beer revolution! their focus, Craft Food and Craft Beer, ensures that their customers always walk away smiling: What a little gem in Beckley.
