Description
The Drei Türme brewery is a real craft brewery, it is owner-managed, directly markets and brews beer for Bad Langensalza and the surrounding area. Pilsner, pale ale and black beer are regularly produced in the non-automated brewing kettles. Due to the relatively small brewing facility, the brewer is also able to let his creativity run free and also use seasonal special ingredients such as smoked malt or elderflower. In contrast to large industrial companies, much more emphasis can be placed on the variety and quality of the raw materials, which results in beers with an extraordinary taste. The Drei Türme beer is an absolutely fresh product and is therefore not artificially preserved. The beer is neither filtered nor pasteurized and consistently stored in a cool place from the fermentation tank to the tap.
