Dry & Bitter Brewing Company was founded in early 2015 with a focus on brewing some of the best hop beers in Europe. Over the years, we've had the pleasure of working with some of the world's best breweries, bands, music venues, and artists to maintain our creative edge. We have also started an ambitious sour program that works with fruity beer with kettle acid as well as funky seasons and sours in barrel age.
