Dublin City Brewing Co is an independent brewery founded by a group of like-minded friends with a background in the beer scene. We share a love of quality beer and a sense of adventure with a hint of the unknown. We started with a dream to brew quality beer for the world, made by an independent Irish brewery in their home city of Dublin. To revive a local tradition and be a force for good in their community. Their long history in the Parnell St area led us to the perfect space for their new venture. We set out on a journey to build a state-of-the-art brewery, designed from the ground up for great beer. Turning that dream into reality did not come easily in a year where the odds were stacked against us. Driven by passion and the backing of friends, family and their community, their brewery is back on track and in full swing. After a great deal of trial and error and against all the odds, their first brew, Liberator Irish Lager, is a true labour of love. Their tribute to pioneering spirits and glass-half-full hoptimists everywhere.
