Elk Street

About a year after Elk Street Brewery opened as a microbrewery, an opportunity became available to purchase the building to the south of the original tap room. Brewery sets about refurbishing what brewery now calls the Silver Side. Although, it didn't have the built in character the original Tap Room side had, brewery was able to link the two buildings, add a new kitchen and create a uniquely different additional space to include pallets, reclaimed barn steel & exposed brick in which to enjoy nine Craft Beers & eclectic Craft Food menu in one of the best restaurants around.
