As Eremita Braukunst, we seek inspiration for our beers in the breathtaking grace, diversity and bizarre beauty of nature on our planet. Behind the gates of the small brewery are Benjamin and Ola, passionate brewers with a clear goal: to produce high-quality beer that is as close to nature as possible. Since October 2022, we have also been BIO-certified (DE-ÖKO-007) and consistently focus on high-quality raw materials and traditional brewing methods. Classic and creative beers are produced in our own brewhouse with a capacity of 6hl, which are brewed with a lot of passion and by hand. Our beers are bottled natural, unfiltered and unpasteurised for a natural taste experience and to ensure that as much flavour as possible ends up in the bottle and later on the palate.
