Local beer culture is as pure and boring as the Reinheitsgebot itself. Breaking with tradition, Finix Brewing Company is using its’ American roots as inspiration to make modern craft beer in the Pustertal Valley. Finix Brewing Company isn’t reinventing the “wheel”, it is just agitating traditions that have been stagnant for centuries, and in doing so, revitalizing the local beer culture.
