Tommy Delmont's dream of sharing great IPA began decades ago ... but a trip to 40+ breweries in America in 2010 changed his world and he developed a fanatical obsession with the pinnacle of modern craft brewing, India Pale Ale. 2015 ... In the early days, Tommy started with a small tank and just a handful of fresh kegs, which were filled by hand every few weeks. Fresh IPA kegs were only shipped to a few good, independent pubs in Collingwood and Fitzroy. Little by little we added another tank, and another ... and brewed and perfected just one thing: fixation IPA. In 2018 we opened our brewery and our innovation room, the incubator. It is located in Collingwood, Melbourne, Victoria. The craft brewing playground in Australia. So why IPA? ... well it started with a need for fresh IPA in Australia and for most brewers, IPA was an afterthought. But not here. Our fixation is IPA. The only style of beer that upsets us. We love good beer and the community that surrounds it. Join us on this hoppy adventure ... after all, life is short - drink fresh!
