Brewing tradition on the Saar: Our brewery in the St. Johann district in Saarbrücken was founded in 1702. This makes the GA Bruch brewery the oldest company in the city of Saarbrücken and the second oldest company in the Saarland. The brewery has been owned by the Bruch family for over 300 years and continues to be managed independently. The eighth generation of the brewery has been managed by Thomas Bruch since 1980 and is currently preparing for another generation change. Since that time, we have developed a particularly close relationship with our city and feel committed to Saarbrücken and, of course, the high beer quality. We have been offering numerous beer specialties for many years, all of which are developed with great dedication, experience and passion and freshly prepared. The high demands on our profession and our vocation are reflected in both taste and digestibility. It is particularly important to us to live the art of brewing. Our beers are processed without stabilizers and without pasteurization and passed on to the customer. Our suppliers have been with us in many cases for several decades and so do our customers. The responsibility for the region, the people and the craft are always in the foreground and so we want to continue living and drinking regionality and sustainability.
