Description
Located on the western edge of the Hallertau, is the Metzgerbräu.
Family-owned since 1912 and already managed in the 4th generation, the brewing history has been secured again since 2019. This can be traced back to the 17th century. Starting as a hobby, the decision was quickly made to create a real brewery. The brewery brews mainly the drinkable Zwickl and the Paartalperle - our Helles. Seasonally, there is the light wheat bock at Christmas time, the dark bock beer at Lent and various summer beers from spring on. The beers are served at the inn and bottled in 1-liter swing-top bottles for use at home.
