Description

Behind "Hermann Bier - Brauerei und Lokal" are Marco Hermann and Gianluca Bernet. On the mezzanine floor of their home is a cozy pub with a wooden bar. Here you can enjoy the beers freshly tapped from a total of 12 taps. The rear part of the room is ideal for tastings and private events such as class reunions or birthday parties. A small but fine selection of food is of course also available. The brewing plant is located in the basement of the premises. It consists of a mash tun, a lauter tun and four fermentation tanks. On one brewing day, 500 liters of beer wort are produced. Brewing takes place no more than 4 times a month. We attach great importance to organic products. That is why the beers are made exclusively from organic malt. Whenever possible, locally grown hops are used.
