Hi, HOPACABANA BREWING are Christoph and Tobias from Dortmund. After Tobias started home brewing at the end of 2019, Christoph first became interested during the coronavirus lockdown. Almost three years and several brews later, they thought that the former beer capital of Dortmund could definitely do with a breath of fresh air. Because even in 2022, pale ales and IPAs were unfortunately still a foreign concept to many. But that was about to change as quickly as possible.
