The Hopfenkessel Genussbrauerei brewery in Mondsee was born out of a great deal of passion and a spirit of discovery at the end of 2020. It is the craft that fascinates master brewer Peter and the possibilities of creating beer in so many different styles. Showing this diversity and sharing the enthusiasm for it with other connoisseurs is what Hopfenkessel is all about.
