At first it was pure curiosity that led us to brew our first beer in a 10 liter saucepan. At the time, the first creation was anything but balanced in terms of taste - which was perhaps also good - because this gave rise to the incentive to do better. What felt like an endless number of hours we stirred in our micro-brewery and always tried new compositions. We quickly realized how individual and diverse the art of brewing can be. The initial enthusiasm turned into pure passion. It is our passion to keep inventing new brewing specialties and reinterpreting conventional beer styles. It is particularly important to us to avoid uniform tastes and to promote individuality. We are still not brewing a mass product, but rather small quantities of mostly unfiltered beers. The time factor plays an important role in ensuring slow fermentation and a gentle ripening process.
