As the Kingdom’s first independent international craft beer brewery & beer garden, we are proud to create our beer following the more than 500 year old German purity law and brewing tradition: only using water, malt, hops and yeast to create the most natural and pure beer in Cambodia. Hops’ unique, modern beer gardens are named after the “soul” of beer. An essential element that delivers resins and essential oils, Hops influences a beer’s aroma, flavor, bitterness, head retention and perceived sweetness.
