Hops on the Hill Farm

Hops on the Hill is Connecticut’s only 100% “farm to glass” brewery. All of their beers are made with hops and grains grown on their farm and other family run farms within 30 miles of our brewery. The brewery and farm market stand in a tobacco drying barn and are surrounded by operating farmland where they grow hops, broadleaf tobacco, pumpkins and other crops. Their mission is to use their great venue and beer to build and improve their community. They bring people together so they can taste and experience their local history and tradition, enjoy the beauty of their authentic farm environment, and pause to live life more simply and easily. They strive to honor and preserve the beauty of South Glastonbury for future generations.
