Description
The microbrewery Hopster & Malzer are Benjamin and David Hirschi, two brothers from the Upper Basel region. Hopster and Malzer was founded in 2018 and was still called Deerbeer at the time.
The two hobby brewers place a lot of emphasis on creativity and particularly like hop-heavy beers.
