Belgian inspired beer with Norwegian mountain water from own well. Hubertus Brewery is a small craft brewery that succeeds at old Skeievoll school in Dovre municipality. The brewery was started in 2013 by Dutch home brewer Huub Huijs. Huub creates a range of Belgian-inspired beer types. All beer is unpasteurized and unfiltered, which means that the taste can develop in the bottle.
