Description
I have been enthusiastic about naturally cloudy beer from brewpubs for a long time. At some point a friend and I brewed my first beer with a 20 liter canning pot. The result - a light wheat beer - was so encouraging that more beers followed. Through several "coincidences" I got to know a creative hop farmer in the Hallertau. Since then, a lot of aroma hops have been added to beer and the variety of flavors has exploded. Somehow building beer seems to be in my blood. Right. My grandmother's grandfather (Carl Marhoffer) and great-grandfather (Heinrich Marhoffer) were beer brewers. They owned the Marhoffer brewery in Meisenheim am Glan in the 19th century. My grandmother's maternal grandfather, Georg Gadinger, was also a beer maker. The brewer gene has not yet been found. But it always has an effect in my garage, where my mobile brewery is mostly located. The beer brand is believed to be over 130 years old.
