... and in 2016 Robert and Andrea founded the microbrewery "JOGLLAND HOAMATBRÄU"! A light and dark natural beer is brewed, not filtered and not pasteurised - pure nature - from the finest mountain spring, hops and malt!
The Hoamatbier is not pasteurised - so all the good ingredients are preserved, which would be lost in artificial preservation. Only selected raw materials are used, such as the hop varieties from the Mühlviertel, the barley malts and the spring water from the Fischbacher Alps. These give the natural beer its special taste. The exclusively naturally bound carbonic acid gives the beer its mild and digestible note.
