Description
Since 2008 beer has been brewed again in the Kartause Gaming. The Gaminger Kartausenbräu is brewed in the 1000 liter Schulz system, which consists of 3 brewing kettles. In addition to the light (Priorenbräu), the dark (Prälatenbräu) and the Märzen, the range of beers is complemented by seasonal beers. The beer is also available in bottles to take away in the restaurant area.
