La Brü

Are La Brü, a craft brewery founded in Morelia, Michoacán in 2006. Three master brewers gathered there to publicize craft beer in the city. Based on this collaboration, the three barrels are established as the brand's logo. The La Brü brewers wanted to bring the great traditional styles of Europe to the Mexican palate, preserving the old methods of brewing beer; without using chemicals, preservatives, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Today continue making these styles, and have added beers with local ingredients of great Mexican tradition such as Blue Corn, and Wild Vanilla.
