Description
The beers of the Manufacture Urbaine are brewed in an artisanal way and based on carefully selected raw materials, favoring, as far as possible, short circuits. The hops and the malts used come, for the most part, from the Charleroi living area. The Manufacture Urbaine's brewing tool is ultra-efficient and optimized to limit energy losses as much as possible. This involves insulating the tanks to limit heat loss, reusing condensates and recovering water.
