Description

Le Blaireau is an Irishman who has been digging his burrow at the foot of Mont Blanc for quite some time. In 2016, Le Blaireau brewery was launched with his Scottish collaborator in their garage. They draw their expertise from their research and passion to create authentic and tasty craft beers. In 2018 Le Blaireau moved to Passy in Haute-Savoie, the brewery expanded with 4 new large isobaric fermenters. At the same time they added a semi-automatic bottling machine for labelling, filling and capping, all at a rate of 500 bottles per hour. Located in the heart of the Mont Blanc region in Passy, the Brasserie du Blaireau offers four traditional beers, brewed by hand with water from the Massif des Fiz. Each year the Badger also creates a range of limited edition beers which live and see the light of day according to the seasons and the suggestions of our customers.
