Description
The guys from Lieber Waldi have always been passionate beer drinkers. But at some point in 2017, the founders and friends Dustin Liebenow and Julian Waldner were bitten by the bug and wanted to find out how beer is actually made. After a few years of experimenting at home in the hobby brewing kettle, their interest in beer diversity continued to grow and ultimately resulted in them becoming active as Gypsy Brewers in the summer of 2020. Lieber Waldi (a combination of the surnames Liebenow and Waldner) was born and the dachshund Waldi could be seen on every bottle and can from then on. Another friend soon followed. With Lars Dörmbach on board, there were now three of them and the brew sizes, number of brews, sales ranges and events grew.
