Lind'n Bräu

October 11, 2013 was the day when we brewed the first few liters of beer... This was preceded by three quarters of a year of construction, during which we set up the system ourselves for the first attempt. Thanks to many helpers, we were lucky that our first brew was a complete success. Driven by this early sense of achievement, we have continuously improved the system and expanded it according to our requirements. In the meantime, more than 7 years of construction have gone into the plant and the brewery building. During this time, of course, there was also a lot of brewing, with the recipes being refined and new varieties being tried out. Two varieties have made it into the regular range: Pilsner and Maerzen. In addition, a special beer is usually struck. The beers are available in the brewery after consultation and can also be tasted on site. We also offer brewery tours for small groups.
