Description
The history of the Malka Brewery began in 2006, born of the love of nature and the desire to further promote beer culture in Israel. Assaf Lavi, owner of two pubs in Tel Aviv, left the city and moved to the environmental community of Klil. In Moshav;Amka he began to brew beer in small quantities. Assaf chose the name "Malka" (in Hebrew) because the word "beer" is female in Hebrew and he wanted the name to reflect both royal connotations and something for the masses.
