We do not brew industrial beer, but craft beer. This name comes from the English-speaking world and is simply called "craft beer" or a "handcrafted" or "hand-made" beer. Quality and manual work are in the foreground of our beers. Contrary to today's trend, we completely renounce industrial production methods, hop extracts and other additions in our beers. Beer should be nothing but water, hops, malt and yeast! Our beers are fermented in open vats according to old tradition, produced in limited numbers and always handmade. Our beers are not filtered and unpasteurized. Depending on the season, we brew top-fermented and bottom-fermented beers. The following beers are available throughout the year: Pale Ale, Dark Ale, Strong Ale, India Pale Ale, Real Ale, Xmas Ginger Ale, Light Ale, Bright Rudolph, Smart Rosy and Bucky Rosy respectively.
