When in 2002 I created a juice manufacture next to the orchard farm in Zarzecze (Łącko commune), I didn't even expect that after several years of activity Manufaktura Maurera will specialize in the same thing that has been cultivated for ages by their ancestors, that is in making juices from fruit treasures of the region of Łącko.
The development of fruit farming in the region of Łącko, its diversity and wealth of varieties allow us to produce juices, fruit wines, distillates in different flavours.
