Born as the son of a master brewer with a constant availability of industrial beer in the cellar, Maschi wasn't particularly keen on beer. In 2015 the door to the craft beer world was opened to him and he drank and drank and drank until he had the idea to try brewing a beer himself. As a hobby brewer, Maschi started brewing like crazy in 2018. With more than 100 recipes, some of them very unusual ideas, his mood for beer increased immeasurably. From 2023 he started the project together with his wife to offer the best recipes in a small, exclusive setting in Hanover.
