Dalibor Hromčík, a traditional producer of mead from Nivnice, Slovakia, thanks to the high quality of his production, gained an exclusive representation for the Czech Republic in the production of Pi-mead. A beverage of exceptionally sparkling quality, produced by a combination of the original family recipes from Hromčík and Pí – vody, treated with Bio Control System technology. This technology addresses the equilibrium states of raw materials to which water inherently belongs. The pi-water used for the production of pi-mead is identical in nature to the unloaded virgin water from within the earth. Thanks to this pure form it positively influences the fermentation and maturation process, which gives this delicious liquor a specific quality. Pi-mead is produced exclusively from the cold way from mixed, high quality honey of Czech production. After perfect fermentation it matures in deep air-conditioned cellars. Its final filtration is carried out by means of a modern filtering device, which gives this beverage a clear appearance and a strong spark. Due to the quality of all feedstocks and an alcohol content of at least 11%, pi-mead stimulates digestion very positively.1
