Description
The original beer from the microbrewery of the Bobík Hotel in Volary is an eleven-degree pale lager of the Pilsner type, bottom-fermented, brewed in a traditional decoction way and unfiltered - that is, truly live beer. Městský pivovar Volary - MH Bobík
also brew their own cannabis twelve-degree beer, dark thirteen-degree beer and occasionally batches of special beers. Volary beer is brewed right in front of you in the hotel restaurant. Cooking each batch takes from sunrise to sunset - twelve hours. Then the beer is moved to a fermentation room where it is fermented in temperature-controlled vats for ten days. This fermentation can be seen with your own eyes through the glass directly from the restaurant. Subsequently, the beer matures for at least forty days and nights in lager tanks.
