It was always a dream of the founders, Jaz & Grant, to make beer for a living. In 2012 (after a few beers), they decided to quit their day jobs, hop on a plane to the US, buy a 20-year-old RV, and hit the burgeoning USA craft beer trail. For six months they explored every corner of the beer world, brewing, talking, cleaning and yes, drinking a lot of beer (hard). They returned to the sunny beaches of Sydney with a desire to brew Australia's best beer. The first pint was served in 2014. We're Larrikins at heart, but when it comes to our modus operandi (Latin for way of working) - beer first, no shortcuts - we get serious. No preservatives, the finest specialty malts and hops from around the world, 100% green energy for our brewery and constant innovation enable this independent, family-run brewery to bring you some of Australia's most awarded beers.
