Moncada is more than a brewery, it is the home of Julio Moncada and his colleagues. When he traveled through West London for the first time in 2001, he immediately fell in love with the place. As a dedicated "foodie" he first wanted to start a deli business, but then had an even better idea - the Moncada Brewery. He could not have chosen a better place. Notting Hill has long been home to one of the most creative communities in London. It is a place with great contrasts - partly concentrated, partly bohemian, always creative, always varied and constantly changing. Inspired by the neighborhood, he surrounded himself with like-minded Crafts beer fans and set about creating our signature Brew - Notting Hill.
