After several years of home brewing, we decided to take it to the next level. MUSAI beer was born from a lot of passion and the desire to bring Bistrița back on the Romanian beer map. It was not easy, but with a lot of determination and patience we opened the first craft beer factory in Bistrita-Năsăud County. We produce beer only with natural ingredients, without enzymes and other food additives. We ferment and mature for at least 21 days with natural CO2 coming from the natural fermentation. We do not compromise on quality and strive to produce beers of different types, but only with respect for the principles that we have acquired over centuries of tradition.
