Next Level Brewing

Next Level Brewing was founded in Vienna in 2015 by Johannes Grohs and Alexander Beinhauer. Two hobby brewers, beer sommeliers, and friends with a clear vision: to rethink beer—independently, with curiosity, and with an uncompromising focus on flavor. As a gypsy brewery, they brewed beers in small craft breweries throughout Austria. The result was award-winning, creative, aromatic beers like Jail Break, Front Man, and Indiana Juice—often pushing the boundaries of classic styles, always using all-natural ingredients, and always with a focus on flavor. The pirate octopus in the logo symbolized exactly that: curiosity, diversity, and independence. After nearly ten years filled with ideas, brews, and shared experiences, founders Alex & Johannes decided in 2025 to cease production and sales of their beers.
