Description
On 1 October 2015, after 14 months of development, Noctem Artisans Brasseurs opened its doors on rue du Parvis in Quebec City in a broue-pub format. It wasn't without a fair amount of stress that this project including a full restaurant offering as well as a craft brewery opened its doors with a team of totally inexperienced owners. From the moment we opened, a lot of hard work went into offering our customers the best products and the best possible experience in our company.
In October 2017, with a self-sufficient and efficient broue-pub team, work began on finding premises to set up a canned beer production plant. The project will see the light of day in December 2018 on rue Vincent-Massey in the Saint-Malo district of Quebec City. Most of the products brewed here are recent IPA recipes, such as Catnip, which accounts for a large proportion of the plant's output. These products are quickly finding takers and will justify an increase in capacity from the initial 250,000L in December 2018 to more than double that following the April 2020 expansion.
Despite all these developments and associated learnings, what drives us remains the relentless hard work to improve our processes and products to offer our customers quality craft beer that they can then enjoy and share!
