Description
We are a small brewery with a capacity of around 10'000 to 15'000 liters of beer per year. Quality, taste and tradition are far more important than quantity. It is important to us to rediscover old, traditional and tasting new beer variants. After about 30 years dreaming of own beer, I made this wish come true in January 2009: the first "beer" was created in the kitchen. Today, there are 5 standard beers, one seasonal beer each and new special beers available. With it I want to extend the beer landscape Switzerland locally and municipally, to make something special available for the beer lover and to fulfill customer wishes after their ideas. For example, my children and children-in-law have already challenged me with their wedding beers.
