Opera produces craft beers that sharpen the senses. The name illustrates the homage of this araraquarense brewery to the masters who immortalized stories through spectacular works. It was following this inspiration that in 2010 the master brewer Jeferson Martins, with accumulated beer baggage around the world, together with his partner Marcelo Rubino - brewer whose passport was also stamped in national breweries - decided to come together and compose a new work. The brewing universe is full of styles and categories. It would be very poor to define such a variety in “light and dark”, and for this reason the brewery started to include a tasting environment, so that beer tourists can not only observe the production, but also be introduced to the different possibilities of beer and draft beer. . The brewery also offers periodic courses for beginners in the art of making beer and its styles, moments that add knowledge and introduce new friends. Opera also came to place Araraquara on the Brazilian beer circuit - being awarded at the Brazilian Beer Festival, complementing the city's touristic elements. It is no wonder that a success achieved in such a short time, as the primacy for excellence is the daily search for the small factory that has been expanding its dimensions and never abandoning its artisanal contrast and its ideal of “making a beer that we would like to drink” , which makes Opera so unique.
