The basis of all drinks are the hand-picked old apple varieties from the natural, eco-certified orchards. We use them to produce high-quality cider, juice and - in conjunction with vegetables, herbs and soft fruit from German organic farmers - spritzers. You only use regional apple varieties such as the Minister von Hammerstein or the Flamed Cardinal - a difference that you can taste!
